NIAGARA PARKS VIP HERBAL TEA EXPERIENCE
New for 2012! A two-hour sensory experience! Enjoy a guided tour of the beautiful Niagara Parks Botanical Gardens: the interpreter will entertain you with the history of the Gardens and the Niagara Parks School of Horticulture, while exploring the award-winning rose garden,
formal parterre garden, vegetable garden and the walled Herb Garden.
At the Herb Garden, your guide will detail the qualities of the herbs, and each participant will harvest fresh herbs, create fresh herbal tea brews, and sample these teas along with a freshly baked scone! Each participant also receives a special pack of a dried herbal tea mixture to take home.
BOTANICAL GARDENS
Niagara Parks Botanical Gardens is located on the scenic Niagara Parkway, just 10 minutes north of the Falls. This beautiful Garden setting is home to the Butterfly Conservatory and serves as the unique outdoor classroom for students attending the Niagara Parks School of Horticulture. Established in 1936, there are 40 hectares of beautifully maintained gardens, including perennials, rhododendrons, azaleas and one of Canada’s most impressive arboretum.
Minimum guarantee of 10 paid guests to a maximum capacity of 40 guests, are required to book the VIP Herbal Tea Experience.
